Create a prospect and maximize all his stats, minus kicking. Enter that prospect as a punter or kicker and he will become a one star player. Then, recruit the prospect and change his position to anything desired. Make sure you have a good team when you recruit. This trick also works in NCAA Football 11. Enjoy!
